Will Senator Kucinich and otrher dems draft an Impeachment Bill to present to the House against Obama's war?

Obama declared war w/o congressional vote or approval and democrats are talking Impeachment.





Do yo support the argument that Kucinch proposes? yeah nay? why?|||I'd love it if the impeachment were for subjecting the USA to command by the UN in violation of the Constitution and for violating his Oath of Office and his deliberate efforts directed toward negating the Constitution.

That will never happen because most all of our Congressmen would then be impeached on some of those charges.

It is time to replace about 80% of them on election day.|||I hope so. I'd love to see the look on obama's arrogant face when he's smacked with an impeachment.|||Kooky has a big mouth but no balls,all he'll do is run his mouth.|||Its Congressman Kucinich and he is wrong.


President Obama did follow procedures in the War Powers Act and did notify the leaders of Congress. He did not need any kind of congressional vote. In fact, that is what the purpose of the War Powers Act is. There are times when military action must take place, and the US can't wait around for Congress to deliberate and vote on it.


As a practical matter, I doubt the Congressman would get enough votes even in a Republican controlled house.


And, of course, the Senate would not vote to convict.|||Dare I say "hope" so! And if impeachment doesn't wipe that smug look off Bo's face, nothing will.|||False. Obama did not "declare war". Now NATO is taking over with approval from multiple countries. I like Kucinich but I do not approve of this - if its true.

Oh, did you know that Bush went into the Middle East w/o congressional approval? Why wasn't he impeached?|||I don't give two shyts if they or he does or don't. All I want is to either do what we went in there for or get the F**K out. Either take over or cut and run! Seems we have done the Liberal thing and cut and run like pacifist whimps!|||I hope so. I saw a clip of Kucinich on the floor on this issue and he was a hammer. The President is not supposed to send troops %26amp; drop bombs without Congresses' approval so yes I do think this is an impeachable offense.
