What do you think of the Bush impeachment happening?

As many of you might know, there are people in congress actively working to impeach Bush now. The major topics are War Crimes and Profiteering.





Many might not know that as an ex-prez they are still entitled to many tax payer benefits (such as an entourage of secret service protecting him), benefits which total in the in the mid 8 digits annually. Impeachment would suspend of all these tax payed services and benefits.





Do you think it's right, too late, proper? Spill your thoughts . . .|||Viva Ron Paul!|||He's out so cannot be impeached.





However, criminal prosecution would be lovely|||nothing.

Get out of La La land. Bush did nothing illegal and it will never happen.|||There is a better chance of my becoming President than that happening. Maybe the dems should take a hint and do their job as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!|||He is no longer President, therefore there can be no impeachment.|||Every thing that Bush has done was approved by the Congress no mater if was a republican or democrat majority, the war was approved and also the major bail out of the financial institutions, so impeachment is not a possibility even if he was still in office.|||I think it's too late to Impeach now.|||Impeachment and criminal prosecution will not happen.





Once Obama sees the intelligence, he will see that Bush did what he needed to do to keep America safe.|||All of the above. Right, because after hiding behind executive privilege


for eight years it will shine a light on the facts. Late, yes for impeachment but not for justice. Proper, yes because it will send a message to the country and the world that no one is above the law, not even a president.|||There will be no prosecution of Bush because of that 'Due Process Of Law' clause in the US Constitution that requires that somebody actually break the law.





The fact of the matter is that if Bush had actually committed a crime he would have been impeached.
