Does it start with a citizen, congressmen, what starts the process???? If we can't impeach Obama, lets do a citizens arrest! We will try him in a civilian court like he wants to try those responsible for 9/11!!!
Whats your ideas?|||ONLY Congress can start and process impeachment proceedings. A motion would be sent to a Committee for review of particulars. They would submit it to the floor of Congress for discussion.
If the findings were validated and serious enough, impeachments proceedings would start.
Yet, that's the "bump".
A Democratically controlled Congress, with so MANY corrupt, lying, stealing and dishonest people, would NEVER allow it to come out of Committee.
However, if something in Obamas "shadowy past" were to be exposed ( such as his "sealed" Scholastic and Medical Records for a few ), Congress couldn't move fast enough to throw him out.
And, currently, Obama has had his lawyers, defend 33 legal actions demanding a Birth Certificate be produced. Who knows "what" could be revealed in the coming months.|||give him time till he does a monica..|||First the people would need a say, which they don't have. We can't even get a audit for the fed even close to passing, how would we start impeaching politicians?
