This question came up in my US Government and Economy class and we couldn't think of an answer. Anyone have an idea?|||The President of the Senate (also known as the Vice-President) presides over all impeachment trials except for that of President, in which case the Chief Justice presides.|||it is a lifetime appointment they cannot be removed
