Who has the power to bring impeachment charges against the President?

a) any member of the Supreme Court

b) the House of Representatives

c) the Senate

d) the Cabinet

can anyone help? and prove their answer is correct??|||The House of Representatives is the one who charges the President of a crime and then votes on them. Then if they have voted for the impeachment they bring the charges to the Senate where they hear the charges and vote on whether they have proved the charges. The Supreme Court Justice sits as the judge.

The U.S. Constitution.|||The House of Representatives.

The Clinton impeachment is my proof.

This is better proof.|||Legislative bodies bring impeachment charges. But it can't be done randomly...the official has to be charged with wrong doing. Policy disagreement isn't enough.
