the democrats that were elected last time, with a mandate to expell the executive have done little, and there are 49% republicans who still somewhat support bush out of self interest, so they won't sign on. it's business as usual.|||thx. advantage is that in november we'll take many of those republican seats. perhaps then more dems will grow a pair and bring some serious charges up. sdoubt it tho.
